    We believe that the best way to help people thrive is through a blend of on-the-job experience and formal and informal learning. To provide this we offer a wide range of learning and development opportunities for all colleagues which include regular classroom based training courses, coaching, mentoring, study sponsorship, apprenticeship opportunities and regular lunch and learn sessions delivered by a broad range of internal and external speakers.

  • Secondment opportunities

    Internal and external secondments are an important part of our approach to managing and developing existing talent, and succession planning as well as providing career development opportunities for colleagues and promoting, developing and strengthening networks with our members. The Company invites colleagues to register for its external secondment programme every six months (in January and July). Internal secondment opportunities often become available at any time throughout the year.
