  • Colleague Forum

    We have an active colleague forum who work closely with our leadership team in order to strengthen colleague participation, improve upward communication and provide a regular platform for all colleagues to exchange views and voice ideas with our senior leaders. Examples of the types of issues that colleagues tackle at the forum include (but are by no means limited to) constructive challenges to current practice with a view to problem solving, ideas and suggestions for improving culture and wellbeing, finding better ways of working and improving the working environment, and suggestions for streamlining processes.

  • Social Committee

    Managed by our colleagues, the social committee supports charity initiatives and organises social and sporting events and other activities. Their ultimate goal is to help colleagues to get to know each other and create a sense of togetherness and well-being amongst our people!
