The Manager, Content, Digital & Social Media will help promote deeper member engagement with UK Finance and promote the image of UK Finance and the industry through external and internal communications to enhance customer, member and colleague satisfaction and support achievement of the business strategy. Working with colleagues across the organisation, this role will require close involvement on external and internal communication projects, as well as ongoing development and implementation of UK Finance’s digital content strategy.
The manager will be responsible for producing high-quality relevant and timely content for UK Finance, ensuring that all output reflects our vision and values and is appropriate for the intended audience across consumer, policy and financial services industry. This content may cover website and intranet updates, newsletters and brochures and support for marketing material where relevant and appropriate.
In particular the candidate will have responsibility for UK Finance’s social media output and strategy, with responsibility for producing content through wording and also imagery and animation. They will also be required to work on social media campaigns with different areas of the business, in particular supporting marketing activity with social media content, such as paid for social.
