I am currently working for Triodos Bank, a leading expert in sustainable banking with a mission to make money work for positive change. The bank achieves this through strict lending criteria focussed on ensuring that the money used by clients is targeted at positive environment or social projects, for example renewable energy generation, healthcare & social housing. My current role involves managing a team which is responsible for producing the bank’s ICAAP and leading capital management activities as well as the production, review and sign off of all financial regulatory returns to the PRA and Bank of England. A key focus of my role over the last 15 months has been the implementation of the Wolters Kluwer Onesumx platform at the bank.

I started my career at the Financial Services Authority on their graduate scheme in 2010, moving to the PRA when the FSA was split into the FCA and PRA. During this time I worked across a number of different functions including supervision of insurers and building societies as well as the accounting policy team. After leaving the Bank of England I took a number of roles with a focus on regulatory reporting, working at HSBC, Barclays and JP Morgan. I am a chartered accountant with the ICAEW.
