Lindsey is the Chief Risk Officer at the Universities Superannuation Scheme and its investment manager, USSIM, and is the Chair of the Board of CFA UK, having previously chaired the Examinations & Education Committee. He has worked in financial markets since 1992. Lindsey has been an MD in fixed income and equities, ran a Risk function, and was on the management team of an Asset Management fintech business. He is also a visiting fellow at the ICMA Centre, University of Reading.

Corporate Banker with significant years’ experience working across the private, public and not for profit sectors. Wendy is passionate about preserving the planet through responsible business and sustainability by supporting clients, prospects and colleagues navigate the “just” transition to net zero.

Hannah is a Partner at Houghton Street Ventures, a new venture firm backing companies founded by students and alumni of the London School of Economics, and alongside that, leading the development of a global industry-wide initiative, VentureESG, whose aim is to help the VC sector recognise the importance of ESG and to provide resources and guidance to make ESG a standard part of diligence, portfolio management and fund management. She started her career in international development/ impact and has spent the best part of the last decade operating on all sides of the start-up/ venture table, working with early stage companies, corporates, funds, accelerators, and universities, giving her a unique network and insight into the space. She's excited about helping companies scale in a responsible, ethical and inclusive way.

Andrew Durham is Head of Compliance Education at SMBC Group in EMEA. He is an experienced learning professional who is focused on creating a positive culture of compliance and responsible banking through high-quality employee training and communications.

Andrew has strong technical knowledge of conduct, compliance, and financial crime topics, as well as a passion for sustainability and ESG in the banking sector. He is actively involved in SMBC Group’s sustainability initiatives, such as supporting the launch of the Sustainability University – an internal framework for building employee skills and knowledge on sustainability topics. He applies three key principles in his work: to keep it simple; to leverage the power of storytelling; and to strive for innovation.

Andrew achieved the Green Finance Certificate through the Chartered Banker Institute in 2021.

Ann joined UK Finance in 2018 and is the Director of Business Development working in our Commercial Delivery Team, with responsibility for working with our commercial partners and external stakeholder relationships. 

Prior to joining UK Finance ran her own international consultancy, specialising in  leadership and development, executive coaching and business psychology.   She has worked extensively at board level within the Public Sector and Private Sectors, advising on people policy and organisation design, and has lectured in at Warwick University, Leeds University Business School and in Universities in Hong-Kong and Malaysia in people development and performance improvement.
