Evette has been Managing Director of Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions since 2007, shaping the business into a client centric, solutions-led business, with a 
strong knowledgeable team.

With almost 30 years’ expertise spanning operations, credit, risk, underwriting and sales, Evette has held positions within a number of invoice financiers, as 
well as intermediary firms. She has worked closely with SMEs, mid-market businesses and lenders both within the UK and overseas. Her extensive 
commercial finance knowledge base is crucial in enabling the brokerage to effectively match clients with the right facility and funder.

Evette’s in-depth understanding of risk, coupled with her commercial acumen, allow her to ensure facilities balance business expectations with lenders' security needs.

Helen is AAT qualified and oversees the day-to-day management of Hilton-Baird’s Business Analysts, as well as conducting audits and surveys on behalf of 
ABL clients to ensure their risk is well managed. 

Helen has in excess of 30 years risk and operations experience working within the invoice finance sector, including previous roles with invoice finance providers in a number of managerial audit, operations and collections positions.

Helen’s expertise and knowledge in managing risk means she is well placed to provide invoice finance clients with peace of mind regarding the security of 
their lending, particularly for complex or larger deals. 

Alex founded the Hilton-Baird Group in 1997, initially setting up a commercial finance brokerage and further expanding the group to include risk management services to Asset Based Lenders and Insolvency Practitioners.

In addition to overseeing the cohesive operations of the Hilton-Baird Group companies, Alex focusses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, 
working with Asset Based Lenders and Insolvency Practitioners to identify how Hilton-Baird can provide valuable operational, risk and recovery support. 

Alex draws on his sector and entrepreneurial expertise to lead external strategic operations consultancy projects, delivering productive change to lenders who are seeking to innovate and evolve. 

Jocelyn joined Hilton-Baird Collections Services in 2019, bringing with her in excess of 20 years’ experience in the asset-based lending arena. 

Having held a number of leadership, relationship management and risk positions at varied financiers from independents to bank providers, Jocelyn has particular expertise in invoice and trade finance. 

As Head of ABL Services, Jocelyn manages the day to-day running of the collections team whose focus is on recoveries for ABL and insolvency clients, whilst 
also overseeing the cash and verification teams. 

Jocelyn has extensive experience of managing insolvent recoveries across varied sectors, devising effective strategies and negotiating any complex 
contractual disputes.
