New technology is about to radically alter how we engage with organisations and each other, in both 3D and altered 2D web environments. A fundamental part of how organisations are learning to embrace this change is to ensure they understand the importance of trust in this equation.

Do they have the trust of their customers, and do they understand enough about them to reciprocate that trust?

The answer to that equation will be one factor that determines those who sink or swim in this new virtual world.

LexisNexis® Risk Solutions and The Future Laboratory™ have created a ground-breaking report that explores a ‘citizen first’ perspective on digital trust to unpack, analyse and explore some of the key concepts shaping digital trust and identity authentication.

The report is a must-read for those who need to ensure they’re prepared for the changes being driven by new trust ‘ecosystems’ that are shaping future digital environments. The report will help to ensure organisations are ready to cope with the expectations of their customers as they look to safely navigate between these 3D and 2D virtual worlds.

Join the webinar where we will be discussing the following:

  • Digital Trust: Why Now? – A call to action on the increasing importance of digital trust to society and business.
  • The circle of trust: What to know – What is digital trust’s outlook and why a change of approach is needed.
  • The trust landscape: What’s happening? – What are the sociocultural changes taking place shaping future ‘trust’ requirements.
  • The pillars of digital trust and how to win – A practical framework to meet future industry requirements of digital trust.

Dr Philip Bonhard is the Head of Experience Design for Homes + Mortgages at LBG. In a nutshell his teams are responsible for considering human needs before jumping to solutions and then helps getting the right designers on-board, like UX, Service, Visual, and Conversation Designers etc.

Before that he headed up Experience Design for the Economic Crime Prevention Platform, which included all matters of FinCrime, Fraud, Identity and Authentication.  Prior to joining Lloyds, he worked in academia, big consulting firms and ran his own design agency.  He holds a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from University College London.

Most importantly he's passionate about designing products / services that make people's lives better.  Other than that he likes to build stuff for his two daughters  and baby son and tinker with his raspberry pie / arduino boards with the occasional Lego thrown in. He strongly believes that building stuff is more important than describing it.
