Workshop overview:

Operational resilience, cyber, and third-party risk teams operate in environments where the cost of weak judgement can be high and where speed must be matched by discipline. Generative AI can help with signal interpretation, incident support, documentation, control testing, and oversight workflows, but it also introduces new risks around reliability, data exposure, and inappropriate reliance.

This workshop gives teams a practical way to assess where AI helps, where safeguards matter most, and what safe deployment looks like in higher-risk operational settings.

It is a practical workshop where generative AI can support monitoring, incident analysis, control testing, and oversight across operational resilience, cyber, and third-party risk functions in high-risk environments.

Learning outcomes:

Participants will leave with:

  • Clearer view of where generative AI supports resilience, cyber, and thirdparty oversight work
  • Better judgement on data sensitivity, reliability, and high-risk workflow boundaries
  • Stronger language for discussing safe deployment and function-specific risk considerations
  • A more credible basis for deciding where to test, where to constrain, and where to avoid use.

Participants will be able to:

  • Explain where generative AI applies across resilience, cyber, and third-party risk contexts
  • Identify stronger use cases in monitoring, incident support, documentation, and oversight
  • Evaluate risk boundaries around reliability, data sensitivity, and high-consequence workflows
  • Define safer next steps for experimentation or controlled deployment.
