Workshop overview:

Operational resilience, cyber, and third-party risk teams operate in environments where the cost of weak judgement can be high and where speed must be matched by discipline. Generative AI can help with signal interpretation, incident support, documentation, control testing, and oversight workflows, but it also introduces new risks around reliability, data exposure, and inappropriate reliance.
