This half-day workshop detailsa deep dive on climate risk governance for mid-sized and challenger firms, covering the new SS 5/25 requirements on this matter andthe PRA’s approach to supervising governance. Learners will also learn how to develop a complete and proportionate framework to implement and demonstrate good climate risk governance to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop a deeper understanding on how the PRA assesses governance at regulated firms

Design a proactive and reactive PRA communications strategy for demonstrating climate risk governance.

Anindya joined Mazars in 2021 and has been working with a range of clients, predominantly on prudential regulatory matters. Anindya has c. 15 years’ experience in financial services. He is a former PRA regulator and Bank of England auditor, where he worked with a number of international banking subsidiaries and payment firms.
He also led the Prudential Risk Advisory team at Forvis Mazars, where he oversaw several internal audits and was the external auditor for several banks whilst at PwC.
