This course is suitable to new and recent entrants to the industry, as well as external delegates looking for a better understanding of the industry, including external bank staff and affiliate staff.

The course comprises of video content to be completed in turn, each with accompanying slides. Where applicable, there may also be exercises to complete, as well as a very short 'knowledge check' to check your understanding of the material covered.

This serves as an introductory course only and does carry an associated accreditation.
