Whilst progress has been achieved in embedding Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) into financial risk frameworks, such as credit and market, understanding of Operational risk integration is still developing.
This interactive workshop provides a succinct and practical overview of key ESG components and offers a step-by-step guide for integrating ESG risk management into the Operational Risk framework. Throughout participants will improve their understanding of ESG, and focusses on tools such as Risk Events, RCSAs, Scenarios, with added coverage of evaluation and management of Reputational risk emanating from the ESG factors.
The course is structured to provide delegates with crucial knowledge as well as opportunities for group work and discussion, to address emerging themes and benchmark solutions with peer firms. It is packed with practical tips and hints and ends and features a ‘Discuss your challenges’ clinic where participants will receive an immediate and constructive feedback on their own progress and roadblocks.
