Implementation of the various Basel regulations over the years were done in times of stress, the main driver was – timely compliance and that meant that efficiency was all but forgone, silos were created.

As we are seeing PRA’s CP 16/22 regulation making its way into banks’ compliance process – this could be an opportunity to re-think the framework, transform and modernise it to make it robust enough to:

  • Provide a good, accurate and importantly holistic view of risk needed for stability
  • Be efficient, flexible and scalable enough to support the growth, scale with the company and not be an obstacle
  • Reduce the overall cost of compliance

Join our webinar to discuss whether final Basel (PRA’s CP 16/22) could be an opportunity and not a challenge.
