Workshop overview

Rising Tides is a two hour, competitive team game that is facilitated to provoke discussion and debate on key sustainable finance topics that are relatable for the audience.

Learning objectives

Game participants benefit from a mindset shift that drives different behaviours (critical thinking, inquisitive mind, positive attitude towards the power of sustainable finance).

• Gain a greater appreciation of your role, the role of your employer and the role that sustainable finance has in society
• Acquire better basic knowledge on key risk areas like greenwashing
• Appreciate the trade-offs between various stakeholders
• Gain a greater level of confidence to talk about the topic with colleagues and stakeholders
• All parts of the financial services industry have a role to play
