Jonathan Rogers is a partner in our Financial Services Regulatory team based in London.

Jonathan is well known for acting at the forefront of heavily regulated FS sector projects requiring the execution of complex commercial and technological change. Jonathan guides financial services clients in the development and launch of their products and services and in the implementation of regulatory change projects. He also supports clients in their licencing, governance, and compliance arrangements and in their relationships with regulators.

Jonathan advises clients on the full range of FCA and PRA regulation and represents both international and domestic clients from the fintech, banking and lending, payments, asset management, broker/dealer, and insurance sectors. Jonathan has nearly 20 years of experience; prior to joining White & Case, he was a partner at a leading international law firm where he led their Financial Services Regulatory group in London.

Azrine qualified as a solicitor (England and Wales) in 1998. Before joining UK Finance, Azrine was General Counsel for The Northview Group (a mortgage lender/mortgage servicer) where she led the team and advised on a variety of regulatory, corporate/commercial and corporate governance issues. Prior to that, Azrine was at Lehman Brothers, working as a legal counsel in the European Mortgage Capital Division and Securitized Products group where she was involved in a number of mortgage asset sales and acquisitions, retail mortgage backed securitisations and where the legal teams of the mortgage originators/servicers had an indirect reporting line to her. Azrine joined Lehman Brothers from Lovells (now Hogan Lovells LLP) where she was in the Retail Financial Services team and was involved in advising on issues relating various retail products including, for example, personal loans, credit card and mortgages.
