Conduct and Culture Programme: How to keep ahead of reputational risk

Reputation is now the top concern for many firms' risk governance leaders. Prudential and Conduct regulators have begun to use culture assessment tools which draw on research evidence that connects reputation to capital adequacy - an insight still unfamiliar to many. Capital supervisors are prepared to question how far regulate firms have stress-tested their cosy assumptions of limited reprisk exposure under 'social licence', 'implicit support' and 'step-in risk' scenarios.  Firms are expected to deploy the best available tools to manage and measure reputation risk, taking the initiative to identify new indicators and using these to populate new report formats.  This workshop offers an introductory guide to these.

Conduct and Culture Programme: Reporting on integrity in business

Senior Managers newly responsible for reporting on their firm's Conduct and Culture often wonder how best to demonstrate effective personal oversight of ethical decision-making.  Identifying key forms of non-financial (and financial) misconduct, this workshop involves attendees actively in responding to ethical challenges and assessing culture.
