This module introduces the IF/ABL Code, the independent complaints process, and the role of the independent Professional Standards Council. It is mandatory for learners undertaking the IF/ABL qualifications.

Ian has over 35 years’ experience in banking and invoice finance, including 20 years in relationship management, managing clients and teams across factoring, invoice discounting and asset-based lending. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds the IF/ABL Certificate and Diploma with Honours.
