The new UK Finance Mortgage Lenders' Handbook platform will launch from Monday 29 June, with advance access now available to help lenders, conveyancers and solicitors prepare.
The new Handbook platform has been developed to deliver a substantial enhancement in the quality and consistency of the services it provides to users.
It incorporates a range of improvements, including enhanced security with two-factor authentication, functionality, and filter options offering a more resilient, secure and user‑focused platform.
Until launch, the current Handbook remains the official version.
Conveyancers, legal professionals and others working in the mortgages community are encouraged to register for access to the new platform, which is currently available for familiarisation. You can fill out the registration form for your organisation in preparation for go-live. We only need one person at each organisation to complete this form.
