This consultation considers how to improve the current market for shared ownership properties and increase mortgage availability. It looks at allowing smaller percentages of staircasing, removing the pre-emption clause and its replacement with a Right of First Refusal for landlords, and a standardised model for all providers (both private and publicly-funded).
