HM Treasury has developed a draft Statutory Instrument (SI) Interchange Fee (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 which was shared with UK Finance and reviewed as part of our Payments Brexit Policy Group. The PSR published Consultation CP18/3 - Onshoring EU Regulatory Technical Standards under the Interchange Fee Regulation. This consultation only deals with the regulatory technical standards as adopted under Article 7 of the IFR. The only substantial aspect of  the Regulatory Technical Standards that the PSR consultation changes is to replace ?competent authorities? with ?Payment Systems Regulator?. As the PSR was already the designated competent authority for the IFR this is was not considered a contentious issue.
