She has almost 20 years’ experience working in HR and her expertise includes employee relations, talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, restructures and reorganisations, learning and development, culture and change management, diversity and employee engagement. Prior to joining UK Finance Alyson gained extensive experience in the professional services sector at Capita, Colliers, Hogan Lovells and Accenture. Alyson holds a BA in Politics and Sociology and is CIPD qualified.
