UK Finance and its members are strongly supportive of the continued focus from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and HM Treasury (HMT) on improving the regulatory environment for secondary markets in the UK. The FCA’s proposals for the DTO and PTRRS represent another step in this important agenda, and are in the main supported by our members.
