This is UK Finance's response to HMRC's consultation.
In our submission, we included a “General Comments” section covering members’ overarching views before addressing the specific consultation questions. We also included in Appendix 1 an initial (work in progress) version of an alternative nomenclature proposed by Transfer Pricing WG members. We have invited HMRC’s further engagement to fine-tune and finalise this list following the submission.
