Holly is a senior Generative AI expert within the Data & Technology Transformation arm of IBM Consulting, a leading AI & Hybrid Cloud consulting firm. With a background in digital strategy and CX transformation programmes, Holly now specialises in leveraging AI to enhance customer and employee experience. She has a particular focus on generative AI and conversational banking for Financial Services organisations.

In her role, Holly works closely with large banks, insurers and building societies to guide them through the opportunities that exist in AI, ensuring: the right use cases are selected for experimentation, that scale is considered early and that technical trade-offs in model selection are understood.

Before joining IBM, Holly led the Financial Services market vertical within the consulting arm of Capita Experience, defining the industry strategy whilst ensuring digital transformation and AI enablement programmes had CX & EX embedded at the core. Holly holds a BBusMan in Sustainability and a Master of Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Queensland.

Nick is a highly accomplished and results-driven senior technology consulting business leader with extensive knowledge and experience in the banking industry. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in strategy consulting, digital transformation, innovation, and stakeholder management. Nick's track record includes driving business-scaling initiatives at prestigious organizations such as IBM, EY and PwC. With a strong technology consulting background, Nick has effectively collaborated with CXOs and executive teams in the Financial Services sector to shape business strategies, spearhead digital programs, and orchestrate organizational restructures. His deep understanding of the sector enables him to deliver on growth targets and optimize operational efficiencies. Nick's specialization lies in empowering clients to realize their business ambitions through the integration of modern technologies into their operating models, customer services, and data frameworks. By leveraging cutting-edge solutions, he enables them to compete more effectively and securely in the digital era. Throughout his career, Nick has partnered with prominent institutions such as Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, HSBC, Nationwide, Goldman Sachs, UBS, and several other banking and capital markets firms. Nick completed his studies in Information Systems at The University of Leeds before commencing his professional journey as a technology consultant at PwC.

Sebastian is the IBM Consulting Practice Leader for Intelligence and Insights for UKI, this covers key emerging technologies across AI & Analytics, Automation and Edge computing. Whilst Seb has a particular specialism in Financial Services as a leading adviser to IBM’s FS clients, he also works within the Global leadership teams for the Enterprise adoption of safe and trusted Generative AI capabilities.
