Getting the sandbox right was a key recommendation in our recent Securities Tokenisation report. We believe that the sandbox is a key component in building digital markets in the UK. We are thus very supportive of the sandbox and of the design proposed by HMT as it presents the UK with an opportunity to accelerate innovation and showcase the UK’s strengths as a leader in the digital assets transformation. We commend the proposal to form an industry committee to consider jointly the experience and desired outcomes of participating in the DSS and provide cross-industry recommendations
