UK Finance has responded to HMRC's consultation ?Making Tax Digital: Corporation Tax?, to flag concerns about generic Making Tax Digital principles being rolled out in the same way across different taxes and different taxpayer types. We have proposed further discussion on the definition of digital links, ?MTD compatible software?, and how proportionality concerns can be addressed.
