The pace of digital innovation and the adoption of new technologies is increasing across retail and commercial finance. Practitioners and regulators alike face challenges in terms of the impact on business models, customer experience and management of emerging risk.

Following our highly successful 2018 Digital Innovation Summit in London last September, UK Finance is delighted to launch its first Northern Ireland technology-focused event in Belfast, a city with 100% employment in cyber and digital roles.

Our Digital Innovation Summit: Northern Ireland conference will consider the latest developments in technology, digital innovation and data security. The event will feature international experts and renowned industry speakers who will debate the biggest digital topics facing member firms, including digital identity, data ethics, open banking, and cross-sector collaboration against cyber crime. View the agenda below.

The summit - taking place on Tuesday 30 April (10am - 5pm) - will bring together financial services digital policy and innovation, offering delegates the opportunity to meet the most exciting FinTech entrepreneurs and disruptors in Northern Ireland.

Join the debate at this essential conference, where themes include:

  • Operational resilience
  • Cyber security and intelligence sharing
  • Third-party risk management and tech resilience
  • Open banking: Building trust into new products
  • Digital identity
  • Digital transformation
  • FSCCC: Collaborating towards operational resilience
  • Frictionless SME Banking
